Return Policy

For all returns, please e-mail to sales@alltontape.com  within 14 days of invoice date and we will issue a RMA number to you. Please note any return without an authorized RMA number will not be accepted.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for all returns. No refund or credit will be issued after 14 days of invoice date.
A refund may be arranged excluding freight charges upon inspection. Returned merchandise must be shipped in original packaging, freight prepaid, unused, and in resalable condition, and are subject to 15% restocking fee. J.E. Allton inspects all returns and reserves the right to refuse credits on damaged, misused or non-resalable items.
 All claims for damaged, defective or missing products must be filed with J.E. Allton within 7 days of receiving your order. Please e-mail to sales@alltontape.com to initiate a claim.

J.E. Allton is not responsible for missing packages and damaged products resulting from errors made by the shipping carrier. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the appropriate party. Please keep all products in their original packaging until the claim is settled

Excluded Products
Please note that final sale items are non-returnable. All the OEM/ODM products which have been pre-approved with a production sample are non-returnable.
