  • How do I get my wholesale pricing?

  • How do I place my order?

    1. You can e-mail your Purchase Orders to sales@alltontape.com.
    2. You can download our Order Form from this site. Fax to 626-965-7559
    3. You can call 1-888-572-5586 to place phone order with our customer services.

  • What are my payment options?
    We accept major credit cards such as Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. For International orders, payment term is prepaid via wire transfer.
  • What are my shipping options?

    All shipments are F.O.B. Azusa, California. Shipping method is determined by the size and weight of each item.  Most items will be shipped by UPS or FedEx service. If order is palletized, we will ship by truck.  Standard truck delivery is to a dock facility designed to receive freight. Additional charges will incur if you request residential deliveries, lift gate, or inside deliveries.

    Shipping charges are calculated based on the actual weight, distance traveled and type of shipping service you specify (ground, three day, second day, next day).

    Collect Shipments - We can ship via your specified carrier however; we will not ship with certain carriers due to poor experience.

  • What is the transit time for my order?

    When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

    - UPS Ground: 3 - 8 Business Days
    - UPS 3 Day Select: 3 Business Days
    - UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 Business Days
    - UPS Next Day Air: 1 Business Day
    - Truck: 3-8 Business Days

  • How do I report damaged, defective or missing products?

    All claims for damaged, defective or missing products must be filed with J.E. Allton within 7 days of receiving your order. Please e-mail to sales@alltontape.com to initiate a claim.

    J.E. Allton is not responsible for missing packages and damaged products resulting from errors made by the shipping carrier. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the appropriate party. Please keep all products in their original packaging until the claim is settled.
